Sharp was established in 1997 and is now part of the MCA Staff Group, as it was apparent that there was a gap in the market for a Recruitment to Recruitment company that could provide an honest, ethical, professional, but most importantly a personal service.

Our aim is to assist in building recruitment businesses and not just moving people from A to B.

Although Sharp now offers recruitment solutions Internationally, in the UK we predominantly focus on the Home Counties and Central London markets. At Sharp our team has a wealth of recruitment experience, the majority of which has been within the Recruitment to Recruitment market. This gives us an unrivalled understanding and knowledge of the recruitment industry across all disciplines and at all levels.
